Shipping Policy

The delivery time of products may vary depending on the destination region, product availability and chosen payment method. To calculate shipping and delivery time, add the desired products to the shopping cart and click on "CALCULATE SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY TIME". Enter the zip code and the system will automatically show the estimated time and shipping cost. We offer free shipping promotions, where the shipping cost will not be charged for eligible items in the cart.

It is important to note that the delivery period only begins after confirmation of payment for the order and its approval by the financial institution.

If you purchase more than one item in the same order, deliveries may be made separately, depending on availability and the carrier's delivery method. The calculated delivery time already takes this possibility into account, indicating the longer time frame.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm, throughout the national territory, through contracted carriers or by post.

Important Delivery Information:

  • Check the product description and technical specifications (color, dimensions, etc.);
  • Keep the Invoice received at the time of delivery, as it is the guarantee for your product;
  • Keep the product's original packaging, manuals, items and accessories in good condition. In case of exchange or return, these items will be checked;
  • Check the order items at the time of delivery and on the invoice. Do not accept products with a broken seal;
  • In case of problems (broken seal, damage, missing item or discrepancy between invoice and content), refuse delivery and state the reason on the back of the invoice and delivery receipt. Contact our Customer Service immediately by email at contato@dexlu.com.br or via the contact form;
  • Make sure there is someone there to receive the delivery. If this is not possible, inform the person in charge of the necessary procedures;
  • After checking the products, the person responsible for receiving them must sign the invoice stub in full and include their ID number.

Order Status and Delivery Tracking:

To check the status of your order or delivery, go to "Track Your Order" in your profile after logging in. You'll also receive email updates on the status of your delivery so you can plan accordingly.

Important:
It is not possible to change the delivery address after the order is finalized due to shipping calculations and variations in tax rates.

I Didn't Receive My Order:
Before contacting Customer Service, check the delivery time and address details in your account after logging in. Also confirm that the payment was approved by the financial institution.

For payments made by credit card, the delivery period is counted after the order is approved and payment is confirmed. Payments made by boleto are released after payment is confirmed by the financial institution, within 2 business days.

If there is no recipient present, check if there have been delivery attempts. Our carriers make up to 3 attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the Distribution Center and you will be notified.

Transport:
To ensure the integrity of the goods, all are labeled and transported in secure packaging to prevent damage.

Electronic Invoice (NF-e) and DANFE:
The Electronic Invoice is a digital document with legal validity, issued electronically by the Ministry of Finance. The DANFE is the printed version that accompanies the product, containing the access code for online consultation.
